vivo T4 Ultra vs. realme GT 7: Display

The Vivo T4 Ultra features a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels (460 ppi), a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits (limited to 1,600 nits in high-brightness mode). The screen covers the P3 wide color gamut and supports the HDR10+ format for watching high-contrast content on YouTube and Netflix.

In contrast, the realme GT 7 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,264 x 2,780 pixels (450 ppi), a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits (limited to 1,600 nits in high-brightness mode). Additional features include a touch sampling rate of up to 360Hz, 100% coverage of the P3 color gamut, and support for HDR formats like HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

Both smartphones feature an under-display optical fingerprint sensor. vivo T4 Ultra vs. realme GT 7: Performance

MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC

Under the hood, the vivo T4 Ultra houses the Dimensity 9300+ (4nm) chipset, which comprises one 3.4 GHz Cortex-X4 prime core, three 2.85 GHz Cortex-X4 performance cores, and four 2.0 GHz Cortex-A720 cores, along with the Immortals-G720 MC12 GPU (with hardware-accelerated ray tracing), up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

On AnTuTu 10, the phone scores around 1.85 million points, while on Geekbench 6, the phone scores around 2,200/7,270 points in the single/multicore CPU performance test. That said, the phone supports popular games like BGMI in a higher frame rate (up to 120 fps). Though it has a dedicated cooling chamber, the phone heats up during sustained loads.

vivo T4 Ultra vs. realme GT 7: Dimensity 9400e

The realme GT 7 is also based on a MediaTek chipset: the Dimensity 9400e (4nm), which is an optimized version of the Dimensity 9300+ SoC that offers improved thermal efficiency and sustained performance. It features the same cluster design (1+3+4), with cores clocked at the same frequency, the Immortalis G720-MC12 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

We put the realme GT 7 to the test, running several benchmarks on the handset in our detailed review. On AnTuTu 10, the phone scored around 2.2 million points, while on GeekBench 6, the handset scored around 2,260/7,450 points in the single/multicore CPU test. Besides scoring well in synthetic benchmarks, the phone can run BGMI at a stable 120 fps and Genshin Impact at 60 fps without many troubles.

If raw performance is your top priority, the realme GT 7 is the way to go. It offers faster RAM and storage, ensuring quicker boot and app loading times, along with a better heat management system.

Additionally, the phone features AI Travel Snap, which includes three different capture modes: Mountain, Island, and Cityscape.
