The Vivo V50e was officially introduced in India on Thursday. A MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor drives this smartphone and comes with 8GB of RAM. It features a robust 5,600mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging. The device boasts a dual rear camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor, as well as a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Additionally, it is reported to have IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring protection against dust and water. The Vivo V50e joins the standard Vivo V50, which was launched in the country back in February.

vivo V50e 5G: Pricing & Availability

vivo V50e 5G will be available in two storage configurations-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage-Rs. 28,999
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 30,999

It comes in sapphire blue and pearl white colors, and pre-booking starts today via Flipkart, Amazon, and the vivo India website. The sale starts on 17th April and those who buy vivo V50e can get vivo TWS 3e priced at Rs. 1899 for just Rs. 1499. The TWS comes in Bright White and Dark Indigo shades.

vivo V50e 5G: Features

vivo V50e 5G flaunts a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits brightness, 1.07 billion colors, DCI-P3 color gamut, SGS Low Blue Light Certification, and HDR10+. The smartphone features a stunning design with a thickness of 0.739cm and Diamond Shield Glass protection for the display.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It runs FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and gets 3 major OS updates and 4 major security patches. AI capabilities include AI Image Expander, AI Eraser 2.0, AI Screen Translation, AI Transcript Assist, AI Note Assist, and Circle to Search.

Under the hood, it packs a 5,600mAh battery with 90W wired charging speed. vivo V50e 5G is IP68+IP69 rated and also supports underwater photography up to 1.5m deep for 30 minutes.

In terms of camera, vivo V50e 5G gets a dual lens setup at the back, including a 50MP Sony Multifocal Pro Portrait IMX882 sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera. The multifocal lens allows portraits in 1x, 1.5x, and 2x versions. There is also AI Aura Light Portrait 2.0 and India’s Exclusive Wedding Portrait Studio. The Wedding Portrait Studio makes weddings grander as it includes styles like prosecco, neo retro, and pastel to enhance their grandeur. At the front is a 50MP Eye AF Group Selfie camera for wider group photos. 4K Video recording is supported by both front and rear cameras.
