Vivo X Fold3 Pro Launched in India with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC & 50W Wireless charging

Vivo has entered the foldable market in India with the launch of the Vivo X Fold3 Pro smartphone. The Vivo X Fold3 Pro boasts of top-of-the-line specs and was first announced in China in March of this year. The foldable from Vivo will face tough competition from the likes of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, and OnePlus Open. Let’s talk about the specs, price, and availability of Vivo’s first foldable for the country.

Vivo X Fold3 Pro: Price & Availability

Vivo X Fold3 will be available in a single 16GB RAM+512GB storage model for Rs. 1,59,999. It will come in celestial black color and the pre-booking will begin today with the first sale on June 13. The foldable will retail via Flipkart, Amazon, and Vivo.in

Launch offers include easy EMI with Rs. 6666/month for 24 months at no-cost and zero down payment. 10% instant cashback on ICICI, SBI, HDFC, and American Express cards is also available. Vivo is offering a free 6-month one-time screen replacement, 20% off on V-Shield, and V-Upgrade 10,000 exchange bonus.

Wireless Charger 2.0 Will also be available for Rs. 5599 from 17th June on Vivo e-store and offline channels.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro: Design & Specs

Vivo X Fold3 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. It sports dual displays. The main screen is 8.03-inch large while the cover display is 6.53-inches tall, both being AMOLED panels with 120Hz refresh rate. The main display supports 4500 nits brightness. Under the hood, the foldable draws juice from a 5700mAh battery with 100W wired flash charge and 50W wireless charging capability.

Vivo X Fold3 Pro runs FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14 and comes in a single Celestial Black color variant. In terms of camera optics, there are two 32MP selfie sensors, one on each display. As for the back camera, there is a 50MP main (with OIS), 50MP wide angle, and 64MP telephoto sensors for photography.

Connectivity features include 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, OTG, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, NavIC, WiFi, and more.

Talking about the design and body of the foldable, it is made up of glass at the front, and glass fiber at the back while the middle frame is made of Aluminium alloy. The device weighs 236 grams and when folded its thickness is 11.2mm. When unfolded it is 5.2mm thick.
