The Vivo X100 Pro had an amazing camera setup with its 1” main sensor and the 100 mm periscope lens. Now, the company is gearing up to launch its next iteration of the X100 Pro—the Vivo X200 Pro. A new leak from DCS on Weibo gives us a hint at the specs of the upcoming X200 Pro.
First things first, the Vivo X200 Pro will feature a 200 MP periscope, likely the 1/1.4” Samsung HP9 sensor paired with a zoom lens. Speaking of which, the zoom range of the periscope remains unknown. For comparison, the X100 Pro has a 50 MP 1/2.51” sensor paired with a 100 mm zoom lens. The 200 MP periscope will be a significant upgrade.

As for the main lens, the X200 Pro is said to use a 50 MP 1” sensor, just like its predecessor. That said, the 50 MP 1” sensor will likely remain the best of the best and we’ll see more improvements in the periscope.
Further, DCS says that the X200 Pro will feature a 1.5K BOE Micro-Curved LTPO OLED panel, which is definitely an upgrade over the 3D curved panel on the X100 Pro. Also an upgrade would be the transition from optical fingerprint sensor to an ultrasonic one.

The Vivo X200 Pro will feature an “ultra-large battery” which will support up to 100W fast wired charging. We’re not yet sure about the battery size but it’s definitely going to be larger than 5,000 mAh on the X100 Pro.
As for other details, the Vivo X200 Pro will be one of the first flagships to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, alongside its younger sibling, the Vivo X200. The Vivo X200 Pro is expected to debut in China by Q4 2024. In India, expect the launch to be somewhere around the new year.
