Reports suggest that the second half of 2025 will bring the Vivo X300 series, which will succeed the X200 lineup and feature enhanced camera capabilities. A recent leak from trusted source Digital Chat Station indicates that the X300 series may consist of four models instead of the previously anticipated two.

Vivo X300 Series Tipped
Vivo is set to launch its flagship X300 Series in 2025, which will consist of two entry-level models and two premium variants. The lineup is anticipated to include the Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X300 Ultra, and Vivo X300 Pro Mini. The entry-level options, X300 and X300 Pro Mini, will feature flat displays, while the premium models, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra, will showcase quad-curved screens.

According to a reliable source, the decision to equip the smaller models with flat displays and the larger ones with quad-curved displays is due to hardware limitations and the arrangement of internal components. Additionally, it is reported that the 200MP periscope camera, which has a large sensor, cannot be accommodated in the smaller devices, making it exclusive to the high-end models.
The recent leak does not support earlier reports in which DCS asserted that the lineup would consist of three models: the X300, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra. Additionally, this leak suggested that the X300 will feature a smaller 6.32-inch display instead of the previously mentioned 6.7-inch screen.

Currently, specific information regarding the Vivo X300 Series remains unclear, so the aforementioned details should be regarded with caution. The Vivo X300 series is not expected to launch until after October 2025, and aside from the Ultra version, the other three models are likely to be equipped with the Dimensity 9500 chipset. The X300 Ultra is anticipated to be introduced in a manner akin to the X200 Ultra, likely in the first half of 2026.
