TL; DR
- vivo X300 Ultra (model V2562) receives European certification, confirming a global launch (first time for an Ultra model).
- 100W wired charging confirmed in documents; rumored specs list Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 7,000 mAh battery, and dual 200 MP sensors.
- A launch is expected before the end of April 2026, and an India launch now looks likely based on the global rollout trajectory and earlier leak hints.
vivo is preparing to take the X300 Ultra out of China for the first time. The global variant, model number V2562, has cleared European certification, confirming that the Ultra lineup will finally go international. Earlier models like the X100 Ultra and X200 Ultra remained exclusive to China, so this is a major shift in the company’s approach.

The certification confirms 100W wired charging support. Other specifications are not listed in the filing, but leaked information continues to point toward a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 7,000 mAh battery. vivo will be positioning the X300 Ultra directly against the top 2026 Ultra flagships.
Camera hardware will be the biggest talking point of the vivo X300 Ultra. Current leaks outline a triple-camera layout.
- 200 MP main camera, Sony LYT901 at 1/1.12-inch, 35mm
- 200 MP periscope telephoto 85± mm
- 50 MP ultrawide with a 1/1.28-inch sensor.
- 50 MP selfie camera
A launch window before the end of April 2026 is expected. With the global certification now in place, more regional listings should appear soon.

vivo X300 Ultra Launch in India

An India launch is now very plausible. If vivo proceeds with a global release, India sits among the primary markets due to scale and vivo’s existing presence. India is one of vivo’s largest international markets, so there’s a huge possibility of India being included in the rollout. Nothing is confirmed yet, but the global certification makes India a strong candidate for inclusion.
If the India launch materializes, the X300 Ultra would directly enter the flagship space against the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in the same timeframe. More regulatory filings will clarify the exact regions and sequence of the launch.
