TL; DR
- The phone looks like the flagship vivo X200 series. It features a punch-hole screen with almost symmetrical bezels on the front and a massive circular camera island on the back.
- It features a 6.77-inch quad-curved FHD AMOLED screen, runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4nm) SoC, and has a 50MP primary camera.
- However, the 7,300 mAh battery (90W wired charging) happens to be its main highlight.
- iQOO will release the same phone as iQOO Z10 in April 2025.
The Chinese smartphone brand vivo has launched the Y300 Pro+ in its native market. While the handset features an AMOLED screen and a powerful chipset per its segment, it comes with one extraordinary specification: the battery capacity.
It is important to take note of the handset’s features because iQOO will launch it as the iQOO Z10 in India in April. That said, here’s everything we know about the newly-launched vivo Y300 Pro+.
vivo Y300 Pro+ Design

Regarding design, the phone looks like the flagship vivo X200 series. It features a punch-hole screen with almost symmetrical bezels on the front and a massive circular camera island on the back panel (in the center). Of course, the elements in the camera cutout aren’t the same as the flagship series.
In China, the handset is available in three colors: Simple Black, Micro Pink, and Star Silver. Now that we’ve discussed the design of the vivo Y300 Pro+, let’s discuss the phone’s specifications.

vivo Y300 Pro+ Specifications

First and foremost, the vivo Y300 Pro+ features a 6.77-inch quad-curved FHD AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels and supports a local peak brightness of 5000 nits.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4nm) octa-core processor with 2.5GHz prime core and Adreno 720 GPU. The phone has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Indian iteration of the handset should arrive with up to 256GB of storage.
Out of the box, the phone runs on OriginOS 5 (based on Android 15). However, when the phone arrives in India (as a rebranded iQOO or vivo handset), it will offer Funtouch OS 15. The software support policy is not clear, though.

Regarding optics, the phone has a 50MP (f/1.79) primary sensor, a 2MP (f/2.4) bokeh sensor, and a 32MP (f/2.0) front camera. Instead of a regular flash, the vivo Y300 Pro+ has a circular Aura Light, which helps take better low-light pictures.

Coming to one of the most impressive specifications of the vivo Y300 Pro+, it features a massive 7,300 mAh ultra-thin battery that supports 90W fast charging (and 7.5W reverse wired charging). With such a large cell, the phone should close in on two days of regular use on a single charge.
The exact battery capacity, however, might vary on the phone’s Indian iteration. The handset’s connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, and an IR Blaster. Additional features of the Chinese unit include Diamond Shield tempered glass and an IP6X dust-resistance rating (which is a bit weird).
