Vivo Y72 5G’s Croma Listing Reveals Its Design And Specs

Vivo Y72 is going to launch on July 15 and the brand has been teasing the same through its social handles. You must have also come across leaks and rumors surrounding the device. If you haven’t, well you don’t have to bother now. As ahead of its launch, the Vivo Y72 5G has got itself listed in the online electronics outlet Croma. This shows everything you would need to know about the phone including its design, specs, and likely price.

Vivo Y72 5G has got a 6.58″ FHD+ IPS display with 96% NTSC, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 90.6% screen to body ratio. There is a v-shaped notch up top within which lies the phone’s 8MP selfie snapper.

Flip to the back, and there you have a 48MP (f/1.79) main camera followed by a 2MP (f/2.4) bokeh camera. There’ll be full 48MP mode, Night mode on both front and rear, Super HDR, slow-mo, timelapse, etc in the raft of camera features.

You’d be able to unlock the device with face or fingers (side-mounted reader) and use the underlying Android 11 software with Funtouch OS 11.1 skin. This comes laid on top of the Snapdragon 480 chipset. The listed unit has got 8 gigs of RAM (with VRAM extension) and 128GB of storage. There won’t be micro-SD card support here, it seems.

Other things in the mix are a 3.5mm headphone jack, 5G (NR NSA: n78), dual-band WiFi, dual SIM 4G slots, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C socket, and a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Vivo Y72 5G Price and Availability

You should be able to pick it in Prism Magic (Blue) color. The listed price is ₹20,990, although take that with a pinch of salt. Well, the same applies to the specs mentioned above at least until they are officially confirmed at tomorrow’s launch event. So, stay tuned.
