Apple held the Wonderlust event last week wherein the brand announced the iPhone 15 Series along with the Watch 9 Series and Watch Ultra 2. While the pre-orders for these devices have already begun, they will be available from 23rd September in many markets. However, just as this year’s event has winded up Blooberg’s Mark Gurman has come up with a list of launches that will be a part of Apple’s launches in 2024

Vision Pro

The first device on Gurman’s list is the Vision Pro Headset. The release of this headset marks the beginning of Apple’s journey to find the device that will eventually replace the iPhone. Smart glasses are on everyone’s list, but Apple is trying to whittle down the product to the eyeglasses size. Once released in 2024, Apple Vision Pro will mark a new era in spatial computing and will draw people to Apple stores to check out the 3499 USD device. When this releases and will numbers support this one remain to be seen.

Apple Watch X

The Apple Watch X or the 10th anniversary Apple smartwatch is also expected in 2024. The Watch X will get a re-design and new health-related features including a blood pressure sensor and more. The non-invasive glucose meter is still a few years away. Gurman claims that Apple is working on a health coaching service that uses AI as it continues to build monitor and improve the health of its customers.

New iPad

the iPad Pro might get its first redesign in 5 years, sometime in 2024. This will include a long-awaited transition to OLED screens (11-inch and 14-inch displays), a Magic Keyboard that has a case with a metal top (similar to Apple laptops), 3nm M3 chipsets for better efficiency, and more. Gurman also claims that the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro might get the M3 chipset while other Macs will also be powered by the latest Apple silicon.

Apple iPhone 16 Series

Though it might seem far-fetched to talk about next year’s iPhones this year’s iPhone 15 Series hasn’t even started shipping yet. However many consumers are curious about whether they should go for an iPhone upgrade this year or not. Mark Gurman claims that iPhone 16 models are expected to come with many upgrades like larger displays, better processors, and haptic buttons. iPhone 16 Pro might get a 6.3-inch panel while Pro Max might get a 6.9-inch OLED display.

AI Tool

The last item on the list for now is Artificial Intelligence. Gurman says that Apple is scheduled to join the other tech giants with a generative AI tool. It might be Apple GPT or Ajax which will be Apple’s own large-language model.

If we consider all the above expectations to be true for next year, Apple will have a busy 2024. Once Vision Pro comes out, Apple will start working on the iPhone 16 Series. The brand might also give iPad users a chance to get newer models while the 10th anniversary Watch X will also be looked forward to. Moreover, powerful Macs and new TWS might also be seen sometime during the year.
