Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X expected launch date revealed: Read on to know more

Ever since its leaks started coming out, it has been inferred that Xiaomi is planning to launch its dual flagship smartphones soon. Now, the latest reports suggest that the company will unveil Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X on December 12 in its home market.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has confirmed that Xiaomi 12X will be launched along with Xiaomi 12 on December 12. While Xiaomi 12X is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 870 SoC, Xiaomi 12 is said to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset.

Xiaomi 12X Expected Specs

Earlier reports have claimed that Xiaomi 12X may have a 6.28-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Whether it will have an AMOLED panel or not is not clear, but it is expected to feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner.

It is said to be powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and 33W wireless charging capability. It could also come with a 50MP camera on the back and a 20MP selfie snapper. It is still nebulous if the smartphone will have a triple or quad camera setup. The smartphone was earlier spotted at TENAA and 3C certification platforms.
