Xiaomi 13 series is all set to make its global debut in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 edition. Teh lineup will consist of two smartphones – Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Amidst all this, the Pro variant from the series has visited the BIS certification website which hints towards the India launch of the smartphone. Additionally, the device has also made its appearance on the NBTC certification website.

According to the BIS listing, the Pro variant will carry 2210132G model number. The vanila variant from the series, Xiaomi 13, will carry the model numbber 2211133G. Both the smartphones from the Xiaomi 13 lineup will support 5G networking. No other Information regarding the specifications and the features of the Xiaomi 13 series has been revealed until now. Nevertheless, if they are going to carry identical specs as the Chinese variants then we already know what we are going to see.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro could ship with a 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It will operate on the MIUI 14 based on Android 13 operating system. The smartphone will be most probably powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with 16GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage in the high-end variant. The choice of processor clearly suggest that the smartphone will be competing with the flagships offered by different brands available in the Indian market.

In terms of optics we can get to see a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, 50MP secondary shooter, and a 50MP tertiary shooter. For capturing selfies and attending video calls, the device will get a 32MP snapper at the front. It will ship with a 4280mAh battery coupled with 120W fast charging support. For security purposes, the device may get an in-display fingerprint sensor.
