After the launch of the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the company is gearing up for yet another exciting launch in the series. The company has shared a teaser on its X handle, hinting at the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Civi. The teaser says “Cinematic Vision,” which is probably the acronym for Civi.

If leaks and rumors are to be believed, the Xiaomi 14 Civi is a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro initially launched in China earlier this year. The Xiaomi 14 Civi blends the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro, giving users a more affordable flagship experience without any huge compromises. Although the teaser says “Coming Soon,” various reports suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Civi is indeed slated for a June release.

The main highlight of this device is going to be its camera setup. It will feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 50 MP 2x telephoto lens, and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, all enhanced by Leica. For selfies, the device will have a dual 32 MP front camera setup, one for taking regular selfies and the other for taking ultra-wide selfies.

As for the rest of the specs, the Xiaomi 14 Civi will boast an impressive 6.55-inch 1.5K micro quad-curved LTPO OLED display—the same one that we saw on the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The display will also have a 120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 3000 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Civi will run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, ensuring robust performance. Powering the phone will be a respectable 4700 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, though it does not support wireless charging.

The smartphone will run on Xiaomi HyperOS, based on Android 14, with (perhaps) a promise of four years of OS updates and five years of security updates.

Pricing for the Xiaomi 14 Civi is expected to be under ₹50,000, positioning it between the Xiaomi 14 and the upcoming POCO F6. What do you think of the Xiaomi 14 Civi? Are you excited for this device? Let us know in the comments section below.
