It looks like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come to India after all. Last year, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer revealed the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro, but the 14 Ultra didn’t appear at the launch event. However, the smartphone could hit the market in early 2024. Most recently, a tipster has suggested that the phone will also arrive in India.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Listed At BIS

Per tipster Sanju Choudhary, Xiaomi 14 Ultra could come to India. The tipster cites a listing on the Bureau of Indian Standards, suggesting that it belongs to Xiaomi’s top-tier flagship. The model number of the purported smartphone is “24030PN60G.” Further, the listing also reveals the phone’s specifications.

The Listing Reveals Several Key Specifications

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could with a 5,500 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. Under the hood, the smartphone should run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is the fastest chipset on an Android smartphone.

The tipster also suggests the phone could ship with a 2K LTPO AMOLED screen. However, the smartphone’s main highlight remains the four 50MP shooters on the rear panel. There’s a 50MP one-inch primary sensor, two 50MP lenses, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s Geekbench Score Promises Excellent Performance

Choudhary has also posted the Geekbench scores of the purported smartphone. Per the benchmark platform, the smartphone scores 2,267 points in the single-core test and 6,850 points in the multi-core test. The score puts the smartphone next to other flagships that run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, including the upcoming Galaxy S24 and OnePlus 12.

In the past, we’ve reported about the smartphone’s color options. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could come in three colors: a blue variant with a glass back, and the orange and black variants with a silicon or leather-finish back. In terms of design, the smartphone will retain the micro-curved edges from its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Expected Price In India

While the tipster only confirms the smartphone’s specifications, its price remains a mystery. Nonetheless, we already know that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature top-tier specifications, including a 2K AMOLED screen, the SD 8 Gen 3 SoC, and a four-camera setup on the back. Hence, there’s a good chance that the phone will cost as much as the other flagships in the market.

We’re expecting the smartphone to arrive in India at around Rs. 90,000 to 1,00,000. However, it is important to mention that this is speculation, and the company hasn’t yet revealed or confirmed the pricing.
