Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 to be globally launched as POCO M4 Pro 5G, hints a new leak

POCO has already announced that it will launch its new 5G mid-range smartphone in the global market on November 9. Although the brand keeps on teasing about one or the other spec of its upcoming smartphone, a fresh new leak reveals the device’s appearance in full. Certifications and listings have already hinted that POCO M4 Pro 5G will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 5G for India. And now that the first look of the device has surfaced online, this has been well-neigh confirmed.

POCO M4 Pro 5G First Look

Vietnamese publication ThePixel.vn has shared the images of the first look of the POCO M4 Pro 5G. The pictures above show how this phone might look like Redmi Note 11 5G (China) apart from the rear camera module. The huge rectangle camera housing looks similar to its predecessor. It still features the large-sized POCO branding on the right.

At the front, POCO M4 Pro sports a punch-hole display, and it has a dual-camera system on the back.

While this leak seems convincing, but it would be better to wait for the brand to officially teases the first look to actually confirm the rumors that have come in. POCO M4 Pro 5G is expected to be launched in a host of colors, which are eager to know.

POCO M4 Pro 5G Expected Specs

Reports state that POCO M4 Pro 5G will feature a 6.6-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC built on a 6nm architecture. It might support 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM combined with 128GB of internal storage capacity, but it is still unclear if storage expansion will be supported.

POCO M4 Pro 5G has been confirmed to pack a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and have a Type-C charging port. In the camera department, it will be equipped with a dual rear camera setup having a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. It is also expected to have a 16MP selfie shooter. The POCO M4 Pro 5G is likely to come preinstalled with MIUI 12.5 based Android 11.

Connectivity features are said to include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is also expected.
