The Vivo Y66 is yet another selfie-centric smartphone to come out from Vivo's arsenal and is clearly the re-branded version of its V5 Lite smartphone. The phone mimics most of the features of the V5 Lite, barring a few changes here and there.
Notwithstanding the name change, almost everything in the Y66 looks exactly similar to the V5 Lite, which includes the same 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750 octa-core chipset, screen size (5-inch, HD) and OS (Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based FunTouch OS).
Also, in the list of similarities is the expandable storage limit, dual-SIM slots, 4G VoLTE connectivity and a 3,000mAh power unit. The phone also comes in with a 2.5D touch glass on the top, thereby lending it some added protection.
For the optics, we have a 13MP camera on the rear and a mammoth 16MP one on the front, that has moonlight flash (a consistent feature in the V5 series), for the selfie seekers.
