According to a CarWale.com report, Hyundai has revised the prices for the new-generation Venue. The baseline variant of the car, HX2 NA petrol, now costs Rs. 8 lakhs (ex-showroom), up from the Rs. 7.90 lakhs (ex-showroom) launch price.
The mid-spec variants of the Venue, including the HX4 and HX5, are seeing price increases of around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000. So far, these have been the best-selling variants for the 2206 Venue. The top-of-the-line HX10 variant doesn’t get a price hike.

While Hyundai Motor India Limited already announced a new-year price revision for its cars on December 31, 2025, it hasn’t detailed the breakdown of the vehicle- and variant-wise hike (or the internet is keeping that information from me for some reason).
Anyway, in its regulatory filing, the company mentions that its cars will see an average ex-showroom price increase of around 0.6%. For the 2026 Venue, however, the calculation yields 1.26% for the baseline variant.
As every year, the price increase is driven by higher input costs and rising prices for precious metals and other commodities, which have increased production costs. Hence, the company had to pass on a small portion of the increased costs to the customer to retain its profit margins.
As shown in the table above, the Hyundai Venue now has the most expensive base variant among its closest rivals, including the Kia Sonet, Mahindra 3XO, and Tata Nexon.
