Acer FreeSense Ring

The latest Acer FreeSense Ring features a lightweight titanium alloy construction and is equipped with multiple biometric sensors capable of monitoring your heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, and sleep patterns. Utilizing AI, the ring evaluates your health and fitness information via a companion application, providing tailored wellness insights and recommendations.
Acer’s smart ring stands out from other smart rings because it offers all its fitness tracking features without any subscription fees, allowing users to access these capabilities without additional costs. Furthermore, Acer will not impose any extra charges for AI-driven insights and recommendations. The ring boasts an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and will be available in matte rose gold and glossy black colors, set to launch in 2025.

Acer AI TransBuds

Acer’s second wearable device, the AI TransBuds, are lightweight wireless earbuds designed to facilitate multilingual conversations. They provide real-time, two-way voice translation through AI-driven speech recognition and semantic analysis when paired with a smartphone using a plug-in receiver.
The Buds offer live captioning and transcription features, enabling users to follow conversations in real-time and store transcripts for future reference. They currently support 15 languages spoken throughout Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Each earbud is equipped with a 50mAh battery, while the charging case contains a 400mAh battery. Additionally, they feature Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.
The brand hasn’t announced price and availability details for the wearables and it isn’t clear when the devices will be available stateside. More information will be shared later.
