The Cupertino-based tech giant Apple is preparing for a busy calendar year ahead, as the company gears up to launch over 20 new products in 2026. Yes, you heard that right. The company could launch around two dozen new products starting in spring 2026, moving past on-stage announcements in summer, and finally the September launch event in fall.
Unfortunately, Apple’s 2026 product roadmap doesn’t include a baseline iPhone 18 if that’s what you’re hoping for. We’ve discussed this in a separate article: Apple wants to split the September launch event into two smaller events, with greater focus on the products announced at each. That said, let’s come back to the topic and discuss all the products Apple is rumored to launch in 2026.

Apple Product Roadmap 2026
1. iPhone 17e

The iPhone 17e, successor to the iPhone 16e, launched in 2025, could be the first product the company launches in 2026.
It could launch in March 2026 with improved internal specifications, such as the A19 chip (the one Apple introduced with the iPhone 17 series), a Center Stage front camera, and a Dynamic Island to give the handset a modern look.
2. Baseline iPad (12th Generation)
The 12th-generation baseline iPad could debut alongside the iPhone 17e (or shortly after, in April 2026). Given that the current-generation model comes with the A16 Bionic chip, Apple could choose the A18 or the A19 chip to give the iPad a significant performance boost.
If the baseline iPad gets the latest A-series chip, it could also unlock support for Apple Intelligence features, which are only available on the A17 Pro or newer chipsets.

3. M4 iPad Air (8th Generation)

Alongside the baseline iPad (12th Generation), Apple is also rumored to release a new iPad Air (8th Generation) with Apple’s M4 chipset (perhaps a binned version of the SoC powering Apple’s entry-level MacBook Air models).
Don’t expect the new iPad Air to provide a significant performance boost, though, as the current model already features the M3 chip, which is overkill for most users unless someone is regularly editing photos or videos or playing high-end video games on the device.
4. Affordable MacBook
For almost a year now, Apple has reportedly been developing a new, low-cost MacBook to compete with entry-level and mid-range Windows laptops that sell in India at around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 (around $500 to $700 in the United States).
Well, 2026 seems to be the year when the reports finally manifest a new, A-series MacBook that offers a familiar user interface, the long battery life that MacBooks are known for, and the robust software support that Apple provides at around half (or perhaps more) the price of the baseline MacBook Air.
The A-series MacBook could launch sometime around March or April 2026. If I were to speculate, the device could feature either the A18 Pro chip or an A19-series chip if Apple wants to future-proof it for at least a couple of years.
5. M5 MacBook Air

While the M5 chip has debuted on the 14-inch MacBook Pro, the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models, and the Apple Vision Pro (2nd Generation), Apple has yet to launch an M5-powered MacBook Air, which could happen in either March or April next year.
This product could debut at WWDC 2026 or around the same time. Apart from the chipset refresh, the MacBook could also get a couple of new finishes.

6. M5 Pro & M5 Max MacBook Pro
For now, Apple’s latest MacBook uses the baseline M5 chip. However, as with every other product cycle, the company has yet to release new MacBook Pro models with the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, which will offer even more processing power than the latest chipset.
Apple could unveil the new MacBooks, including the M5 MacBook Air and the M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pro models, via press releases.
7. Apple Studio Display 2

The Apple Studio Display 2 could debut next year as the most-awaited upgrade to the original Studio Display. The new monitor could offer support for a 120Hz ProMotion display and HDR.
8. New Pro Display XDR
Although little is known about this product yet, it could be a new Pro Display XDR designed for professionals.
9. Apple TV 4K (A17 Pro)
The new Apple TV 4K could feature Apple’s A17 Pro, unlocking various Apple Intelligence features. Further, the device could include a built-in camera.

10. HomePod Touch & HomePod mini 2

We could also see two new HomePod devices in 2026: the HomePod Touch with a new seven-inch display and the HomePod mini 2 with a new chip and audio enhancements.
11. AirTag 2
One of the company’s most successful products, the AirTag, is also said to get a refresh in 2026. The AirTag 2 could feature a new ultra-wideband chip with improved tracking range, as well as other security updates.
So far, we’ve talked about 13 new Apple products that could break cover in the first half of the year. While most of them could go official in spring 2026 (around March or April), some could debut at WWDC 2026 in the summer (around June).
12. iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27

At the WWDC 2026, Apple will give developers, users, and enthusiasts a glimpse of the new iOS 27 operating system for compatible devices. Along with iOS 27, the company should also unveil iPadOS 27, macOS 27, and other operating system upgrades.
The long-awaited AI revamp for Siri is also expected to arrive sometime between March and June next year.

13. M5 Mac mini & M5 Mac Studio
Around the same time, we could also see new M5 and M5 Pro Mac mini models, along with an M5 Max-powered Mac Studio. There’s also a chance the company could release a new M5 Ultra chip, but little to no information is available at the moment.
14. iPhone 18 Pro & iPhone 18 Pro Max

At the September 2026 event, Apple could officially unveil the iPhone 18 Pro and the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
These are rumored to feature a new A20 Pro chip based on TSMC’s 2nm fabrication technology, an under-display Face ID module, Apple’s C2 modem, and a variable-aperture camera (it could be exclusive to the Pro Max variant as well).
15. iPhone Fold
Along with the iPhone 18 Pro models, Apple could launch its first book-style foldable with a crease-free display (the company has been working on it for a while now). Furthermore, the handset will feature Apple’s latest chipset, the new Apple Intelligence features, a multi-camera setup, and a Center Stage front camera.
16. AirPods Pro 3 (With Cameras)

Although we are not sure what Apple plans to do with them, the company is reportedly working on a new version of the AirPods Pro 3 with built-in cameras.

17. Apple Watch Series 12
As every year, Apple will also debut the Watch Series 12 at the September 2026 launch event, featuring a new S-class chip that is more power-efficient and processes data from enhanced health sensors. There are also rumors that the smartwatch will feature Touch ID for biometric authentication.
18. Apple Watch Ultra 4
The Watch Ultra 4 will also get new health sensors, Touch ID, and other improvements, including battery life and connectivity.
19. iPad mini (OLED)

Recent reports suggest that the company is working on a new iPad mini with an OLED screen, bringing the premium visual experience to the pocketable iPad. Furthermore, the new iPad could run on the A20 Pro chip that debuts on the iPhone 18 Pro models.
20. M6 MacBook Pro
Toward the end of the year, Apple could release a new MacBook Pro lineup powered by the M6 chip. However, the Pro series could also get much thinner and lighter, thanks to a new chassis design. Finally, it could also get a touch-enabled OLED display.
While these are the products Apple will most certainly reveal in 2026 (and start selling), there are a couple of others we aren’t sure about. For instance, there’s the Apple Security Camera (integrated with HomeKit Secure Video), the Video Doorbell (with Face ID integration), and the Apple Glasses (similar to Meta’s Display glasses).

The company could unveil some of the products in 2026, but start selling them in 2027. We should either get to see them or get more details about them in the coming year.
