Asus has unveiled the Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) in India. The laptop aims to meet productivity requirements in a thin, light, and sturdy design. The ExpertBook B9 sports an 11th Gen Intel processor, along with 65W fast charge support, up to 16GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 1TB SSD, and is built with military-grade materials.
Asus has first introduced the ExpertBook B9 in the CES 2021 event held in January as the lightest 14-inch laptop in the world. Now that it’s here, let’s take a look at it.
Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) Specs
The Asus ExpertBook B9 2021 boasts a 14-inch FHD LCD screen with a 1920 x 1080p resolution, 300nits brightness, 94% screen-to-body ratio, and 100% sRGB color space. The ExpertBook B9 offers to select between 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 and Intel Core i5-1135G7 motherboards. The laptop comes with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB/16GB LPDDR4x RAM, and dual NVMe PCI 3.0 SSD for 2TB disks.

The ExpertBook B9 is packed with a 66WHr battery supporting a 65W fast charger through a USB Type-C port. The laptop is available on Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home platforms. It has built-in speakers tuned by Harman/Kardon audio. Also, the built-in array microphone allows AI noise cancellation out of the box.

The wireless connectivity options with the ExpertBook B9 are Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. For I/O connections, the machine includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 port, an HDMI 2.0b port, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.
In terms of build quality, the Asus machine meets the US MIL-STD 810H military-grade standard and has a weight of 1.005kg. The ExpertBook B9 (2021) comes with a 720p HD web camera, backlit chiclet keyboard, fingerprint scanner, and supports Cortana and Alexa voice assistants.

Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) is priced at ₹1,15,489 onwards in India. The laptop will be on sale through Asus Exclusive Stores and major PC sellers of the country.
