The ROG Phone 3 (review) is perhaps the most powerful Android phone in the world as of today, and Asus is now bringing in its higher-end variant in India. The ROG Phone 3 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will be available in India starting August 21 on Flipkart, from 12:00 PM onwards.

As most of you’d know, Asus ROG Phone 3 is dedicated to hardcore gamers. Apart from the bleeding edge hardware, the handset offers extensive customization options and tools like Air triggers that lend an unmatched gaming advantage.

It also makes a solid case as a good mainstream phone when compared against the likes of Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, OnePlus 8 Pro, and Vivo X50 Pro.

ROG Phone 3 Features

For those unfamiliar, Asus ROG Phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ octa-core chipset paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The 6.59-inch AMOLED display refreshes at up to 144Hz and is HDR10+ compliant.

ROG Phone UI interface (Android 10-based) has handy customization tools in the Armoury crate app and a very efficient game-genie toolbar. The 6000mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging and USB power passthrough further ensure anxiety-free gaming.

The camera performance, however, isn’t quite as impressive.
