Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Max M2 Announced: All Know Need To Know

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 two smartphones that said to be designed for the Indian market are now officially launched in Russia. The surprise announcement has come at a time when the company is scheduled to host a launch event on December 11 in India and Indonesia. Well, the innards of both these phones are in line with what we have had in various leaks and rumors. With this launch expect India prices nothing is left for your imagination.

ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 Features

Among these two new phones, the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 is better equipped with a more powerful chipset and other innards. The Zenfone Max Pro comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display (1,080 x 2,280 pixels resolution) with tiny notch and 19:9 aspect ratio. It is driven by octa-core Snapdragon 660 AIE chipset which is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Asus has once again opted for a triple slot module which includes dual SIMs and a dedicated microSD card slot.

As for photography, the Max Pro M2 packs a dual setup of 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel at the rear end and a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The phone is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery.

ASUS ZenFone Max M2 Features

The Asus ZenFone Max M2, on the other hand, its a trimmed down version of the same phone. It features a 6.3-inch HD+ IPS display with 19:9 aspect ratio. The notch on the top includes selfie camera, earpiece and sensors. The Russian version of Zenfone Max M2 rocks an octa-core Snapdragon 632 chipset which comes witha  combination of 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and supports for microSD cards too.

The phone features a dual rear camera setup with 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors, while on the flip side there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The ZenFone Max M2 listing on the offical Russian website has no mention of the Android version. like the last genration, it too packs a massive 4,000mAh battery. 

ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 Prices

Asus has priced the ZenFone Max Pro M2 for the Russian market at RUB 17,990 (roughly Rs 19,000). As per Asus Russian site Max Pro M2 will be available in Blue colour Only. The ZenFone Max M2 retail price in Russia will be RUB 12,990 (about Rs 13,800). In Russian market, the Zenfone Max M2 wille available in Black and Blue colours. As a part of the introductory offer, Asus is bundling a JBL Tuner speaker and ASUS FoneMate earphones with Zenfone Max Pro M2, and only the FoneMate earphones with the Zenfone Max M2.
