Samsung introduced the notch to Galaxy tablets with the introduction of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Fans justified the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra with the larger display and the dual camera system in the notch, but it’s been two years now, and Samsung is still using the same design.
Leaked CAD-based renders by OnLeaks x Android Headlines reveal the design of Samsung’s upcoming flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra: A New Chip in the Same Body?
While we don’t have any details of the S10 and S10 Plus, details of the S10 Ultra reveal that Samsung is, once again, opting for a chip upgrade with the tablets and no other major changes. Per the leaked renders, the Galaxy S10 Ultra will have the same dimensions as the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (which is the same as the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra): 326.4mm x 208.6mm.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra’s width has been reduced ever so slightly. It measures 5.45mm in width, which is 0.05mm thinner than its predecessor, the Tab S9 Ultra. While the Tab S10 Ultra is really thin, it still doesn’t beat the thinness of the latest iPad Pro 13″ (5.1mm) or even the iPhone Pro 11″.
The rest of the tablet’s display size seems to remain the same at 14.6 inches. Speaking of which, Samsung is retaining the oddly placed notch on the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The notch will house a dual camera setup—a wide selfie lens and an ultra-wide selfie lens.
The back of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra remains unchanged. It has a dual camera setup arranged vertically with a flash right underneath. The S Pen docking station is also located in the same location as the previous models.

Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Specifications
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will likely carry forward the same specs as the Tab S9 Ultra, with a few changes. The display will be the same 14.6″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120 Hz screen, with likely a higher brightness.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, which is rumored to be a performance beast. The word is that the Tab S10 Ultra could also be using an in-house Exynos chipset, but the chances are very slim since the company has already canceled its upcoming S lineup.

The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will retain the quad speakers, tuned by AKG, for an immersive media experience. It will also feature a 13 MP + 8 MP dual camera setup on the rear and a 12 MP + 12 MP setup on the front (inside the notch).
As for the battery and charging, you can expect an 11,200 mAh or larger battery paired with 45W fast charging. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra should also boast a microSD card slot, S Pen, USB 3.2, and IP68 water and dust resistance, just like its predecessor. Here’s a summary:

Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Price and Launch Date
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab series typically follows a release cycle of about 1.5 years. Last year, the Galaxy Tab S9 series, including the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, debuted alongside the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5. Therefore, we can expect the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra to launch in January 2025. This release schedule will complete the 1.5-year cycle.
At the event, we can expect Samsung to unveil the Galaxy Tab S10, S10+, and S10 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra could offer up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. Pricing is expected to be similar to the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra: starting at INR 1,14,999 or US$ 1,199.99.
