The Pixel 6 series will be released by Google sometime in October, though no exact date has been announced so far. According to XDA’s Mishaal Rahman, on Twitter, Google is likely to hold a Pixel 6 event on October 5, but it won’t include the new device.

During the October 5 event, Nest, Travel, and Map are reportedly going to be discussed. This information comes from a CNET article which has since been deleted. However, Rahman managed to take some screenshots of the said article.

A number of new smart home devices and Nest smart speakers will be announced on that day. The last Nest product Google announced was the battery-powered Nest Doorbell in early August.

Google Maps and Travel could also be updated. New improvements may be made to the search giant’s navigation service and flight booking site.
