Potter Heads might get a reason to rejoice as Warner Brothers plan to reboot ‘Harry Potter’ into a TV Series

Popular Movie Series, Harry Potter based on the books by J.K. Rowling might be remade as a TV Series in the coming months. Warner Brothers are planning to reboot the Harry Potter Movie Series as TV Series with a new cast and the deal is on the verge of being sealed.

Multiple reports claim that the Harry Potter TV Series will have 7 seasons, each season based on 1 book from the series. The series is expected to adapt the books from the beginning and if the project materializes then new actors will step into the roles of Harry Potter, Hermoine Granger, and Ron Weasley played by Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint in the movies.

The first Harry Potter Series Movie- The Sorcerer’s Stone came to the cinemas in 2001 and since then there have been several movies including the Fantastic Beasts franchise. The reboot opens endless possibilities as the episodes can being more aspects of the wizarding world to a live-action format.

The author of the book series, J.K. Rowling will also be a part of the team in some capacity, but early reports claim she won’t be a showrunner.

Warner Brothers Discover is expected to place an exhibition for investors and the public on April 12. This will provide insight into the upcoming content slate of the company and the integration of HBO Max with Discovery. So, the announcement regarding the Harry Potter Reboot might be made during the event.
