The Honor Magic V3 and Magic Vs3, Honor’s latest foldable devices, are set to launch on July 12th in Mainland China. The Honor Magic V2, already renowned as one of the world’s thinnest foldables at just 9.9 mm, will soon be surpassed by the even thinner Honor Magic V3.

The Honor Magic V3 features a triple camera array on the back, including (from what it seems) a periscope lens. Meanwhile, the Honor Magic Vs3 will have a similar design but with a more understated appearance, featuring a vegan leather back with a grainy texture.

Although specific details about the Honor Magic V3’s specifications are still under wraps, Honor says it will surpass its predecessor with a larger battery capacity. There’s a 5000 mAh silicon-carbon battery on the Honor Magic V2, the predecessor, that is.

You can expect the Magic V3 to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 7.92-inch main display, and a 6.43-inch curved cover display, all top-of-the-line specs. Rest, Magic OS 8.0 based on Android 14, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage.

The camera array is expected to be similar to that of the Magic6 Pro, with a periscope lens this time. Additionally, the V3 will likely feature even faster charging.

Also, if you look at the renders closely, there’s no side-mounted fingerprint sensor which means that the Magic V3 will use an in-display fingerprint sensor on both the main and cover displays.

The Honor Magic Vs3 will, of course, be a more affordable version of the V3, with slightly toned-down chip and camera specifications. You can expect the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip on this device.
