For fitness enthusiasts, the band supports over 100 workout modes ranging from yoga to cycling. Health tracking includes continuous heart rate monitoring, SpO2, sleep analysis with Huawei’s TruSleep, and stress monitoring. An emotional wellbeing assistant also keeps track of mood patterns using HRV and stress data.

Huawei is also putting serious focus on swim tracking this time. Backed by a 9-axis sensor and AI stroke recognition, the Band 10 claims up to 95% accuracy in detecting swim strokes and lap counts. With 5ATM water resistance, it can handle pool sessions with ease but isn’t meant for deep diving or hot showers.

Beyond fitness, the Band 10 includes music and camera control, call/message alerts, and ambient light sensing. It uses Bluetooth 5.0 and works with Android (9.0+) and iOS (13.0+) devices. The Huawei Health app has to be sideloaded, though.
