The new platform is designed to enhance business interactions across various channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, web, and applications. It will accurately process complex phrases, alphanumeric characters, and proper nouns while monitoring every conversation to uncover valuable insights. This AI assistant is capable of scaling support with pricing that has been established for India. It will enable production-ready agents to transition from pilot programs to full-scale deployment within days.

Sarvam AI has unveiled the AI Assistant following the introduction of Sarvam Translate—an open-weight model capable of translating text in 22 Indian languages. This model supports long-form text and can manage various formats, contexts, and styles. It maintains the original structure of intricate files such as LaTeX, HTML, and documents processed through OCR. Additionally, Sarvam AI has garnered attention for the announcement of Sarvam-M, a hybrid language model featuring 24 billion parameters based on Mistral Small.

Sarvam is one of the first startups selected to help build India’s sovereign large language model ecosystem. It has been recognized under the IndiaAI mission.
