TL; DR
- Infinix GT 30 5G+ has been teased with a Cyber Mecha Design and single-color white LED for India.
- It features shoulder triggers and BGMI 90FPS certification for gamers.
- The device is expected to launch in India soon via Flipkart.
Infinix is clearly not done with its GT series yet. Just weeks after launching the GT 30 Pro in India, the company is now teasing its slightly dialed-down sibling, the Infinix GT 30 5G+. Based on what’s been revealed so far, this upcoming model looks like a more accessible version aimed squarely at mobile gamers, specifically BGMI players.
Infinix GT 30 5G+ Specs

The teaser confirms that the GT 30 5G+ will feature the brand’s Cyber Mecha Design 2.0, which was recently “accidentally leaked” by Sudhanshu Ambore. This includes a strip of customizable LED lighting on the back. But unlike the Pro version, the GT 30 5G+ will only light up in white. Aesthetic cutbacks, maybe.
What caught my eye most, though, is the inclusion of shoulder triggers and BGMI 90FPS certification. That’s an aggressive move from Infinix to catch the attention of budget-conscious mobile gamers. These tactile buttons could give you an edge in the game.

Performance-wise, things are still unofficial, but earlier Geekbench leaks point to a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. If true, this wouldn’t be as impressive as I was hoping, but still okay for the price.
As for the display, battery, and camera, details remain scarce. But if Infinix follows its usual playbook, we can expect the GT 30 5G+ to borrow most of its specs from the Pro model, likely with small compromises here and there to keep the cost down.

Infinix GT 30 5G+ Launch Date
No word yet on the official launch date, but signs point to a release sometime in August via Flipkart. With the Independence Day sale not far off, Infinix might be aiming to launch this before August 15.
