Infinix India has launched an entry-level lightweight laptop named Inboom Y2 Plus. It features a large 15.6-inch screen, dual speakers, SSD storage, Intel’s 11th Gen Core i3 and i5 processors, and a metallic body for a premium finish. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Inbook Y2 Plus laptop, including its specifications, price, and availability.
Infinix Inbook Y2 Plus Specifications
Out of the box, the Infinix Inbook Y2 Plus comes with a 15.6-inch FHD anti-glare display with a peak brightness of 260 nits. The screen has a refresh rate of 60Hz and supports 83 percent sRGB color gamut. The laptop also has dual speakers with DTS audio processing technology to compliment the screen. The device also has two microphones for better audio quality during video calls.
Under the hood, the laptop runs on Intel’s Core i3-11th Gen dual-core processor with a base frequency of 1.7 GHz and a max turbo boost frequency of 4.1 GHz. Regarding graphics, the Infinix Inbook Y2 Plus comes with Intel UHD graphics. The chipset is combined with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage on the base variant.
There’s another variant that comes with the Intel Core i5 11th Gen processor (with Max Turbo Boost at 4.5 GHz) with 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of PCIe 3.0 storage. Regarding ports, the laptop comes with two USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI 1.4 port, a multi-card slot, and a microphone-in slot.
Out of the box, both the models run on Windows 11 Home. Other features include a backlit keyboard with a 1.5mm key travel (5ms response time), dual-flash for the front camera for more explicit video calls, a 50Wh battery that supports 65W Type-C charging, a glass touchpad, and a metallic aluminum body. The laptop weighs 1.8 kilograms.
Infinix Inbook Y2 Plus Price And Availibility
The Inbook Y2 Plus with Intel Core i3 11th Gen processor is listed for Rs. 27,490 on Flipkart. It is only available in Blue color.
On the other hand, the model with Intel Core i5 11th Gen processor costs Rs. 34,990. It is available in Grey and Blue colors.
Both models are listed on the popular e-commerce platform Flipkart and will be available to purchase starting December 27, 2023. The shopping platform is also offering up to Rs. 1,500 off on HDFC bank credit card EMI transactions.
