After the Hot S3X and a series of other affordable phones launched last month, Infinix has launched an interesting mid-range phone equipped with an ‘XPen’ stylus. This new phone, dubbed as the Infinix Note 5 Stylus, is an Android One Phone running stock Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by MediaTek Helio P23.
Infinix Note 5 Stylus Features
The phone features a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio enclosed under a 2.5D curved glass. The phone comes with a Full Metal Body and houses the X Pen stylus in a groove at the bottom.

The X Pen ejects with a simple push, comes with a fine tip which supports 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity that is at par with the stylus found on Samsung Note 9. This stylus also supports Air Commands menu which includes options to create new note and switch between pen & eraser, direct shortcuts for painting, smart screenshots, etc. You can even take notes directly on the lock screen.
Another interesting feature that this stylus brings to the device is that you can directly do mathematical computations by scribbling the calculations on the note with the stylus. The phone picks up the handwriting and automatically generates the result for the calculation.
The phone is powered by Helio P23 Octa-core processor that is clocked up to 2.0 GHz. The chipset is aided by 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The primary camera is a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and the secondary camera is also a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera sensor has features like 4 in 1 Big Pixel and AI Bokeh. The phone packs a dual LED flash on the rear and a Softlight flash on the front.
The handset is powered by a 4000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. This phone is a part of Google’s AndroidOne program and comes with Android Oreo 8.1 pre-installed.
Infinix Note 5 Stylus Price and Availability
The phone has been given a price tag of Rs. 15,999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart. The phone is available in two colors: Bordeaux Red and Charcoal Blue. You can purchase this smartphone from 4th December.
