Apple has launched its iPhone 13 line-up just about a month ago in its September Event. iPhone 13 series has 4 models that have the best feature but cost a bomb. So, those who want to become an Apple iPhone owner without spending too much always wait for iPhone SE. Now, it seems there’s finally some good news for them as iPhone SE 3 might launch in the year 2022.
This will be the successor to iPhone SE 2020 which came last year and became a huge hit in the Indian market. Since iPhone 2020 SE came 4 years after Apple’s iPhone SE, so it is expected that iPhone SE 3 would launch in the first quarter of 2022 only. Also, this might be the last one to support an LCD display.

iPhone SE 3: What we know so far
Reports claim that iPhone SE 3 will be the last one to come with an LCD display and its overall design might be similar to iPhone XR, which launched in 2018. Since the focus with iPhone SE 3 is being affordable, so Apple pays more attention to its camera and performance. The design of the iPhone SE is often borrowed from other successful iPhone models.
The first iPhone SE looked similar to the iPhone 5s, while the iPhone SE 2020 looked like iPhone 8. So, now if the next one, that is iPhone SE 3 ends up looking like iPhone XR it won’t be any surprise. It could be a good thing too as iPhone XR was decent in the looks department and was a very popular model that continued to sell for more than 2 generations. It was recently discontinued after the launch of the iPhone 13 series.

An iPhone XR-like design would mean a notch on the display and no Home Button. Face ID won’t be available, though the Touch ID button could be there on the side, just like it is n the iPad. The iPhone SE 3 is expected to have the A15 Bionic chipset that powers the latest iPhone 13 series too. This means it will support 5G and the performance of the iPhone SE 3 will match that of iPhone 13. The camera department could lack some features like CineMagic Mode.
iPhone SE 3 -Expected Price & Availability
The speculations are rife that the iPhone SE 3 will cost the same as iPhone SE 2020, which means its India price may start at Rs. 42,500.
