iQOO 9 Pro goes official in India with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 & 120W fast charging: iQOO 9 & iQOO 9 SE also launched

iQOO has finally launched its next number series in India. iQOO 9 Series has gone official for the Indian market today with 3 models- iQOO 9, iQOO 9 Pro, and iQOO 9 SE. The company claims that it is their most premium flagship series to date as it has specs like Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 120W fast charging support.

iQOO 9 Series Price & Availability

iQOO 9 Pro will be available in 2 storage variants-

  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 64,990
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 69,990

Its pre-orders have started today and the effective price after applying bank discount and exchange offers are starting at Rs. 58,990. It has 2 color variants- Legend and Dark Cruise.

iQOO 9 will be available in 2 variants-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 42,990
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 46,990

Pre-orders go live today and after the discount price starts at Rs. 38,990. It will come in 2 color variants- Alpha and Legend.

iQOO 9 SE also comes in 2 storage variants-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 33,990
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 37,990

The pre-orders for the SE variant will begin on March 2 and after bank discount and exchange offers, its effective starting price will be Rs. 30,990. iQOO 9 SE comes in 2 colors- Sunset sierra and space fusion.

iQOO 50W Wireless Flash Charger is priced at Rs. 4499 while the iQOO GamePad is priced at Rs. 2999.

The iQOO9 sports a 6.5-inch FHD 10-bit AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It has an intelligent display chip, ultra-game mode, dual stereo speakers, dual x-axis linear motor, and in-display dual monster touch.

It has a triple camera setup on the rear with a 48MP main gimbal lens, a 13MP 120-degree wide-angle lens, and a 13MP 50mm portrait lens. It features a 16MP selfie camera at the front. It packs a 4350mAh battery with 120W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. It has a full coverage vapor chamber liquid cooling system.

iQOO 9 Pro Specs

The Pro variant in the series features a 6.78-inch 2K E5 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and has up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. It packs a 4700mAh battery under the hood with 120W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support.

It has an intelligent display chip and comes with a vapor chamber liquid cooling system. The phone has an ultra game mode, dual stereo speakers, and 4D Game Vibration.

In the camera department, the iQOO 9 Pro has a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP main GN5 Gimbal sensor, a 16MP 60mm portrait sensor, and a 50MP ultrawide fisheye wide-angle camera. At the front is a 16MP lens for selfies and video calls. It is claimed to have gotten an AnTuTu score of 1020511 and has received a TUV Rheinland certification.

iQOO 9 SE Specs

The iQOO 9 SE India variant has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with UFS 3.1 Storage and LPDDR5 RAM.

It packs a 4500mAh battery under the hood with 66W fast charging. In the camera department, the phone has a triple camera setup with a 48MP OIS main lens, a 13MP wide-angle lens, and a B&W Mono camera with a 16MP selfie camera at the front. The device has dual stereo speakers, 4D Game Vibration with linear motor, intelligent display chip, ultra game mode, and a full-coverage vapor chamber liquid cooling system.

In related news, iQOO is offering its existing customers up to Rs. 10,000 off on exchanging their old iQOO phones for new ones. iQOO now has over 650+ service centers across  India managed by Vivo which will make servicing and repairs easier.
