Chinese smartphone maker iQOO has officially announced that its upcoming iQOO Neo6 5G is due to launch in India on May 31st. This comes from iQOO itself according to whom, the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC.

iQOO Neo6 5G set to launch in India

The iQOO Neo6 5G was launched in China in April 2022 with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. With the Indian release, iQOO has swapped it with a Snapdragon 870 SoC instead which means the phone will get a slightly toned-down performance than an SD8 Gen 1 unit for sure. However, don’t be surprised if the difference isn’t astronomical.

According to its Amazon listing, the device has already scored a whopping 740K+ on the AnTuTu benchmark. The device is said to be paired with 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM although there will be other storage trims available once it hits the Indian shores on May 31st.

The device is latched with an 80W FlashCharge capable of doing a 50% recharge of its dual-cell battery in 12 minutes. Give it some time or watch an episode of The Office US and you should get a day’s worth of thrilling phone experience without any hassle.
