Lenovo launches its lightest Yoga Slim 7i Carbon laptop in India

Lenovo has launched one of the lightest laptops in India dubbed Yoga Slim 7i Carbon. As the name suggests, the new Lenovo laptop is constructed with carbon material and has also passed military-grade tests to assure its durability. 

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon Specs

The new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon laptop is made with carbon fiber and magnesium alloy giving it a weight of just 966 grams. Lenovo claims to offer a 40% reduced weight and 25% durable product compared to other available laptops. 

The Lenovo Slim 7i Carbon sports a 13.3-inch QHD display with 2560x1600p resolution, 300 nits brightness, and also features Dolby Vision technology. The laptop ships in a Moon White color variant.

For performance, the Yoga Slim 7i Carbon is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 Tiger Lake chipset coupled with Intel Iris Xe GPU. The laptop will be firstly available in a 16GB LPDDR4x RAM which cannot be further upgraded. Meanwhile, the storage option offers a 1TB PCIe SSD drive.

The new Lenovo laptop chugs its power from a 50Wh battery that supports 65W Rapid Charge boost technology. It is claimed to offer up to 15 hours of video playback after one full charge. It also supports Amazon Alexa for voice assistance and Lenovo Q-Control for heat control. It ships with a full-sized backlit keyboard and dual 2W Dolby Atmos speakers. 

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i lets you wirelessly connect with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, while the physical connectivity option includes two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, one Type-C port, and a headphone-cum-microphone jack. There is a 720p Infrared camera up top that allows facial recognition to unlock the device.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon Price

Lenovo has set the price of its Yoga Slim 7i Carbon laptop at INR 1,19,990 in India. The laptop will be available through Lenovo’s official website, Amazon, and other major retail outlets.
