On Thursday, Lenovo announced the Yoga Slim 7i laptop, “designed to inspire and empower creators.” The notebook provides a functional combination of power and mobility, allowing users to create on the go. Weighing just 1.39 kilograms, the device has an Intel Core Ultra 155H processor, runs on Windows 11, and has four 2W speakers for exceptional sound output. That said, let’s dive deeper into the specifications and features of the new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i laptop, along with its price and availability.

The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) OLED screen that can achieve a peak brightness of 400 nits encased in a gray aluminum case. It also supports 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and high-dynamic-range formats such as Dolby Vision and DisplayHDR True Black 500. Simply put, the screen should provide an excellent viewing experience compared to other laptops with an LCD or IPS panel. The device also features four 2W speakers supporting Dolby Atmos for better multimedia consumption. 

Under the hood, the Yoga Slim 7i runs on the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor with 16 cores and 22 threads. It also includes Intel Arc graphics. In terms of RAM and storage, the laptop comes with 32GB of soldered LPDDR5X RAM, which isn’t upgradable, and a 1TB M.2 SSD. Overall, this looks like a promising configuration that shouldn’t disappoint professionals, students, or creators while multitasking or working on a power-intensive project, such as editing photos and videos or designing graphics. 

Lenovo has also equipped the Yoga Slim 7i with its AI Engine+, which monitors the CPU and GPU resources utilized by users and frees them up for heavy tasks. Further, the new NPU helps enable more than 100 possible AI experiences, such as creating images or music from text. Further, this particular is also available as part of the Customize Your PC program, where customers can build up the base model setup to a dynamic machine. For a limited time, Lenovo India has also introduced a five percent cashback of up to Rs. 10,000 on all customized laptop orders.

Connectivity options on the laptop include an HDMI 2.1 port, two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth v5.1. Users also get a headphone jack for listening to songs via wired earphones or headphones. Out of the box, the device runs on the Windows 11 operating system and features a 65WHr battery that should provide a decent backup. Additional features include a buttonless glass surface touchpad, a backlit keyboard, and an FHD IR web camera with a privacy shutter.

The new laptop is available on Lenovo’s official website for Rs. 1,04,999. In selected regions, the company also offers doorstep delivery within four hours. In the coming days, the laptop should also be available to purchase from other leading retailers and offline stores. Those interested can also claim Rs. 5,999 per month no-cost EMI or an upfront 10 percent instant discount up to Rs. 10,000 on HDFC bank cards.
