Microsoft is going guns blazing with its updates this year. Previously, the company launched an AI-powered search engine for desktops. Just a couple of weeks later, the brand is all set to introduce a similar experience for its smartphone applications. Microsoft has recently announced that they are going to bring the experience for the video calling application Skype. According to the company, the all-new Bing search engine will be available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store for smartphones.

The entire design of the application has gone through a makeover. As soon as the user taps on the Bing icon, it will initiate a chat session. This is identical to what we got to see in the Bing update for the desktop. Not only this, but the users will also be able to select how they want the answers to be displayed on the application.

The feature will offer high versatility in terms of prompt delivery and getting answers from the search engine. That said, Microsoft will let allows the users, who have access to the preview, to use the Bing experience from the home of the Microsoft Edge application.

Bing’s integration with Skype

Microsoft has also announced the integration of AI-powered Bing with Skype. The users will be able to add Bing to the group, and then they can ask a question to Bing and get the answers along with other necessary information in the same group. The feature will be available for worldwide preview starting today. Microsoft has clearly mentioned that users can encounter connectivity issues in low bandwidth situations. However, the company is already working to fix the issue, and we can expect a solution pretty soon.
