Motorola G72 launched in India: Will retail for Rs. 15,999 via Flipkart

Motorola has launched the Moto G72 smartphone in India today. The smartphone is the company’s latest addition to its ‘G’ Series and falls in the budget category of devices.

Moto G72: Price & Availability

The Moto G72 will come in a single storage variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs. 15,999. The first sale will happen via Flipkart on October 12, 12 Noon.

The smartphone will be available in 2 colors- Meteorite Grey and Polar Blue.

Moto G72 Specs

The Moto G72 is powered by MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ P-OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits brightness, and 576Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone runs Android 12 out of the box and has an IP52 rating for protection against dust and water.

In terms of camera optics, the Moto G72 features a 108MP primary camera at the back along with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens. The front has a 16MP selfie lens. The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 30W fast charging support. It has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
