Motorola Moto E40 with Unisoc T700 SoC Goes Official in India

Motorola has once shown faith in the entry segment E series with the introduction of Moto E40 in India. With this Moto’s first e-series phone in India in years. The device will come in 2 distinct colors and will go on sale from October 17 at 12 AM via Flipkart.com.

Moto E40 Price and Availability

Moto E40 will come in 2 color variants-Carbon Grey and Pink Clay. It will be available with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage capacity for Rs. 9,499 through the e-commerce website Flipkart.

Moto E40 Specs

Motorola Moto E40 is powered by a Unisoc T700 SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity that can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. The smartphone has a triple camera setup that houses a 48MP Primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter along with an 8MP selfie snapper. Rear cameras have features like Portrait mode, Panorama, Face Beauty, HDR Night Vision, Macro Vision, and a Pro Mode.

Moto E40 features a 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. It runs on Android 11 with Moto’s My UX interface on top and has a dual sim feature too. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/A-GPS, FM radio, and a USB Type-C port.

Additional sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor along with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor that is hidden in the moto logo. Moto E40 has a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 10W fast charging support.

The device weighs 198 grams and its dimensions are 165.1 x 75.6 x 9.1mm.
