Moto Razr 60 Ultra Wooden Back: Renders surface online

The Razr 60 Ultra, also referred to as the Razr+ 2025, has been revealed through a 360-degree video shared by the well-known tipster @evleaks. This trusted source has provided images and footage that display the foldable device in action, highlighting its opening and closing mechanism along with a detailed view of its wood-grained rear panel.

The visuals suggest a luxurious wooden appearance for the back panel; however, it is uncertain whether the material is authentic wood or a high-quality imitation. The glossy finish of the rear panel implies that it may not be real wood, yet it still contributes an element of sophistication and nostalgia to the foldable design.

Examining the brand’s history, it’s clear that Motorola has experience with wooden finishes, having previously provided wooden back panels for the Moto X through the Moto Maker program. This feature was well-received by consumers who appreciated the device’s aesthetic appeal. Therefore, reintroducing a wooden model in the Razr lineup could be Motorola’s strategy to attract those seeking uniqueness or individuality in their foldable devices, especially in a market saturated with glass and leather designs.
