[MWC 2022] Poco launches Poco X4 Pro 5G & Poco M4 Pro 4G: Read on to know more

Yesterday was officially Day 1 of the MWC 2022 happening in Barcelona and it witnessed some major launches from big brands like Oppo, Realme, Asus, and Poco. Poco launched 2 new smartphones, namely the Poco X4 Pro 5G and the Poco M4 Pro 4G yesterday, out of which the latter has launched in India too, but the former has launched on a global level for now. Poco M4 Pro 4G Price & Availability

Poco M4 Pro 4G

The Poco M4 Pro 4G is available in 2 storage variants-

  • 6GB RAM+128GB storage- 219 EUR (Rs. 18,500)
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- 269 EUR (Rs. 22,700)

Poco M4 Pro 4G will come in 3 colors- Laser black, Laser blue, and Poco Yellow. It will be sold in India via Flipkart.

Poco X4 Pro 5G Price & Availability

The Poco X4 Pro 5G will be available in 2 storage variants-

  • 6GB RAM+128GB storage- 299 EUR (Rs. 25,300)
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- 349 EUR (Rs. 29,500)

It will also be available in the same color variants as the Poco M4 Pro 4G but its availability in India is not confirmed as of now.

Poco M4 Pro 4G Specs

The Poco M4 Pro 4G comes with a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 1000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB storage which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 11 and packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

In the camera department, it has a 64MP main sensor, a 118-degree ultrawide sensor, and a macro sensor. At the front is a 16MP selfie camera.

Poco X4 Pro 5G Specs

The Poco X4 Pro 5G sports a 6.67-inch full HD+ AMOLED panel with 1080×2400 pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. It has 1200 nits peak brightness and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. The smartphone comes with up to 8GB RAM and supports Dynamic RAM expansion up to 11GB. It gives up to 256GB storage and runs Android 11 based MIUI 13 skin on top.

Poco X4 Pro 5G draws power from a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. For connectivity, there is support for 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and IR Blaster.  In the camera department, it has a triple camera setup on the rear. The rear setup includes a 108MP primary lens, an 8MP ultrawide angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. There is a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Poco claims that this is their thinnest X Series smartphone at 8.12mm and weighs 205 grams.
