One of the most popular offerings from Hyundai, the Venue, is due a facelift for almost two years. While the Korean automaker updated Creta, it has turned its attention to Venue. The company is testing the next-generation Venue, as seen in some spy shots. Although the vehicle is said to enter production by October 2025, it could debut in India by 2026. Without any further ado, let’s dive into the details revealed through the spy shots.

Hyundai Venue Spy Shots Reveal New Bumper Design

As seen in the spy shots captured by Healer TV, the 2025 Hyundai Venue could debut with an upgraded front bumper design. This time, the company is going with rectangular grills on the front bumper, alongside new lights and what looks like a RADAR system for Level 2 ADAS. The new lighting system could contain redesigned headlamps and new DRLs (similar to those on the Hyundai Inster).
Talking about the car’s side profile, we can see new 16-inch alloy wheels with an aerodynamic design. The tires used are the MRF 215/60. What hasn’t changed, however, is the company’s badging at the center of the tire. From the rear, the test unit seems to have retained the boxy shape of the current unit with minor changes on the tail lamps.
Will 2025 Venue Ship With All-Black Interiors?

Even though the dashboard is covered, spy shots show the interiors with an all-black theme. However, we’re skeptical whether the company is using generic seat covers in the test unit. We can also see the rear seats with adjustable headrests. Additional features could include a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, rear AC vents (with charging ports), power windows, two-step reclining rear seats, and so on.

Given that companies often share parts and components between different models (to save costs), there’s a good chance that the upcoming Venue will borrow several components from the new Creta and Alcazar. We’re talking about the headlights, the infotainment system, the instrument cluster, the materials used on the insides, suspensions, and powertrains.
2025 Venue Powertrain Options

Speaking of powertrains, the 2025 Hyundai Venue could feature the same engine and transmission options as the current-generation model. The options include:
- A 1.2-liter petrol engine (83 PS, 113 Nm with five-speed transmission).
- A 1.5-liter diesel engine (116 PS, 250 Nm with six-speed manual transmission).
- A 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine (120 PS and 172 Nm with six-speed and seven-speed DCT transmission).
It is important to mention that the new Hyundai Venue is not a facelift but a generational update. The vehicle is said to enter production around October 2025, and soon after, the company will reveal it in the global markets. In India, the new Venue could be released in the first half of 2026, giving the current model another two years to hit the roads.
