OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R US Prices Unearthed Before the Big Launch; Expected Price, Specifications

Global and Indian launches for the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R are on the horizon and are scheduled for January 23rd. Speculations suggest that the OnePlus 12R may be a rebranded version of the recently released OnePlus Ace 3, whereas the OnePlus 12 flagship has already made its debut in China. Ahead of the official announcement later this month, price details for both models have surfaced, courtesy of the tech blog ‘TechPlus.’

OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R Tipped Prices

As per information from TechPlus, the entry-level OnePlus 12 is slated to be priced at $799 (approximately Rs 66,400) in the US for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the higher-spec 16GB/512GB model is expected to cost $899 (around Rs 74,700). The preceding OnePlus model was priced at $699 for the 8GB and 128GB configurations.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 12R is projected to start at $499 (roughly Rs 41,500) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model, with the 16GB/256GB variant expected to be priced at $599 (approximately Rs 49,800). These anticipated price points add to the excitement surrounding the impending global and Indian launches on January 23rd.

OnePlus 12 Expected Specifications

The OnePlus 12 showcases a 6.82-inch QHD+ 2K OLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. Fueling the device is a robust 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and Adreno GPU, it offers configurations of up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The versatile camera setup includes a 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP periscope lens with 3x telephoto zoom. For selfies, a 32MP front camera is on board.
