OPPO is slowly rebuilding its TWS lineup in India, and the Enco Buds 3 Pro+ (what a mouthful) come in as the more refined upgrade to the Enco Buds 3 Pro (review). The earlier model focused on decent sound and long battery life at a budget price. Now OPPO is adding ANC while keeping the familiar 12.4mm driver setup and the same lightweight form. At a slightly higher price than the Enco Buds Pro, do these become the best budget ANC earbuds to beat? Let’s find out.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+: Price & Availability
The OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ are priced at ₹2,099 in India. They are available in two color options, including Sonic Blue and Midnight Black, and can be purchased via Flipkart, OPPO Store, and retail outlets.
Pros
- ANC support in this segment
- Warm, bass focused sound
- Very good battery life
- Stable Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity
- IP55 rating on earbuds
- Lightweight and comfortable
- Dual device connection
Cons
- Microphones struggle outdoors
- No custom EQ
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Design and Comfort

The design stays familiar. The case is compact with a matte finish that resists fingerprints and feels solid in hand. At 46.2g including earbuds, it remains light enough for daily use. The earbuds themselves weigh 4.2g each, and they’re comfortable enough for long listening sessions of about 1-2 hours without pressure buildup.
The IP55 rating covers the earbuds for dust and water resistance, so workouts and quick runs in the rain are not an issue. The case does not have its own rating, which is expected for this segment.
The silicone tips help the earbuds sit securely and create a good seal, which also improves passive isolation and supports ANC performance. The only annoyance is that inserting and removing the buds from the case is still not as smooth as it should be, similar to the Enco Buds 3 Pro.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Connectivity

The Enco Buds 3 Pro+ uses Bluetooth 5.4 for connectivity, with AAC and SBC codecs. For pairing, there’s Google Fast Pair on supported devices, and range easily covers the standard 10m without dropouts.
Dual device connection works reliably when switching between different devices, like a phone and a laptop. Latency is low enough for casual gaming, although I would not recommend using this for any kind of serious gaming. You should still prefer wired options. There is no dedicated gaming mode, which is disappointing.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Controls

Touch controls on the Enco Buds 3 Pro+ responsive. You have to tap on the top-most area of the stem to trigger different actions like play/pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume. And just like the Enco Buds 3 Pro, this allows you to customize the controls for each earbud separately.

You can also use the earbuds as a remote shutter for the OPPO or OnePlus camera app. With the camera open, a double tap on the stem triggers a 3 second photo timer, and the same gesture works for starting video recording too.

All controls can be customized through the HeyMelody app or directly through the Bluetooth menu on OPPO and OnePlus devices. You can change volume gestures, track playback, and enable ANC or Transparency mode through touch. There’s not much to complain about here.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Sound

The 12.4mm dynamic driver setup produces a warm, bass-driven sound signature. Sub bass is boosted and gives a punch to most tracks. Personally, I did not find it very pleasing. Vocals sit slightly behind the bass, and you can’t EQ it using the app.
The mids still feel recessed at times and treble is safe rather than bright. For casual listeners, the sound is enjoyable and full. You can try EQ-ing this using a third-party app like Wavelet but the scope is limited. This makes sense only if you already enjoy this kind of sound signature.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Pairing, App, and Features

OPPO and OnePlus devices get native integration, so the settings appear directly in the Bluetooth menu. For other Android and iOS users, the HeyMelody app handles updates, ANC modes, EQ presets, dual device connection, and other controls.

Exclusive features like OPPO Alive Audio (Fixed only) and camera shutter controls remain limited to OPPO phones. Overall, the app itself is clean and easy to use but I wish OPPO had included more features, especially the game mode and a custom EQ. It feels odd that the Buds 3 Pro gets a custom EQ, while the Buds 3 Pro+ does not.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Microphones and Calling
Call quality is acceptable indoors. Voices are clear enough for regular conversations. In noisy or windy environments, background sounds are picked up easily and callers may hear some disturbance. This is typical at this price and not a major step up from the Buds 3 Pro.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Noise Isolation

This is the biggest upgrade from the non-Plus model. OPPO tells us that it can cancel up to 32 dB of noise.
The ANC performance is better than expected for this price. Low and mid frequency sounds like fans, engine hum, and general indoor noise are reduced well enough to create a calmer listening environment.
It will not compete with ANC earbuds in the ₹3,000 segment, but the improvement over passive isolation alone is clear. Transparency mode works, but voices sound slightly hollow. It is fine for the price.
OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+ Review: Battery and Charging

Battery life is a strong point on the Enco Buds 3 Pro+. With ANC off, you get 10-12 hours on a single charge and 43 hours with the case. With ANC on or Transparency mode on, you get 7 hours from the earbuds and 28 hours in total.
Charging takes around 1 hour for the earbuds via USB-C and 1 hour, 20 minutes for both earbuds and case together. Overall, both the battery and charging aspects of the Enco Buds 3 Pro+ are quite strong.
Review Verdict: Should You Buy the OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro+?
If you liked the Enco Buds 3 Pro but wanted ANC, this is the upgrade that fixes that gap for a few hundred more. The sound remains warm and enjoyable, the battery life is strong, and connectivity stays reliable. ANC adds real value here at this price.
They are not perfect. Microphones could be better, and EQ controls are still limited. But for ₹2,099, the Enco Buds 3 Pro+ delivers one of the most complete TWS experiences under 2K. If you don’t want the ANC, I would suggest getting the Enco Buds 3 Pro, which is currently retailing for ₹1,599 on the OPPO eStore.
