Oppo F19 set to launch on April 6; Specs revealed

Oppo will unveil the Oppo F19 in India on April 6. The company has confirmed the launch schedule through a tweet. The announcement also reveals that the handset will sport a 33W fast charge capability.

Oppo has previously launched the Oppo F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ (review) on March 8. Now, the company plans to bring the standard variant of the F19-series. Thanks to Sri Lanka’s Oppo official listing of Oppo F19, we are well aware of the spec details.

Oppo F19 Features

The OPPO F19 pop-ups with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED punch-hole display similar to the Pro variants. The panel features include a 60Hz refresh rate, 90.8% screen ratio, 800 nits peak brightness, and 92% DCI-P3 color space.

There is a 16MP front camera. The back panel has a triple camera setup comprising a 48MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.

The standard OPPO F19 gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, unlike the Pro models that have MediaTek processors. The phone will ship with an Adreno 610 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB internal capacity. It has been seen running on ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11.

The Oppo F19 is packed with a 5000mAh battery supporting a 33W SuperVOOC charging. It will offer face unlock and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone will allow 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Oppo F19 Expected Price

Although we are still a few days away from the OPPO F19 launch in India, we expect it to come out in the mid-budget price range, sporting Prism Black and Midnight Blue color options.
