Oppo has already confirmed that it will launch the upcoming ‘Find X8 Series’ of smartphones in China on the 24th of October. The Oppo Find X8 Series will include two smartphones as of now, namely the Oppo Find X8 and the Oppo Find X8 Pro. While earlier there was news about Oppo rolling out the X8 Series in India later this year, the latest reports claim otherwise.
Oppo Find X8 Series: India launch date tipped
A recent report by TechOutlook claims that the Oppo Find X8 Series is coming to India this month itself. It is reportedly arriving in the country on 31st October, which will be in the middle of Diwali festivities in India. If this news turns out to be true, then it will definitely be a big leap as Oppo will launch the Find X8 Series in India a week after it goes live in China.

Oppo Find X8 Series: storage variants
The report further mentions the storage configurations Oppo will offer for the Find X8 Series. Reportedly, the Oppo Find X8 will come in two storage options while the Oppo Find X8 Pro will have a single storage configuration.
The Find X8 is tipped to come in 12GB RAM+256GB storage and 16GB RAM and 512GB storage versions, while the Find X8 Pro might come in 16GB RAM+512GB storage option.

Oppo Find X8 Series: What we know so far
Both smartphones were spotted on the BIS certification website confirming the India launch of the devices. Also, there is news about Oppo manufacturing the Find X8 Pro in India itself, rather than importing it from China. This means the pricing of the Oppo Find X8 Pro India model might be slightly less than expected.
Oppo recently confirmed that the entire Find X8 Series will run the latest ColorOS15 custom skin based on Android 15 and be powered by Dimensity 9400 chipset. The smartphones are expected to have 80W wired fast charging speed, and 50W magnetic wireless charging. There might also be an alert slider and a customizable pressure-sensitive button along with a circular camera module, and micro-quad curved display. The Find X8 will have a dual camera setup at the back including a pericope lens while the Find X8 Pro is expected to feature a triple camera setup including a periscope camera.

Oppo Find X8 Satellite Communication version has also been spotted on the AnTuTu database with a Dimensity 9400 chipset. Whether it launches along with the other two or not remains to be seen.
There will also be a third member in the Find X8 Series, namely the Oppo Find X8 Ultra which will launch globally in the first quarter of 2025. Along with the Find X8 Ultra, Oppo is also working on the Find N5 foldable for next year.
