OPPO India has announced Service Center 3.0 Pro, a new upgraded after-sales service format designed to improve the in-store support experience. The company already operates 29 premium centres and plans to open 110 new Pro centres across India in 2026.

Service Center 3.0 Pro adds digital check-in and real-time queue updates to reduce waiting time. And dynamic digital signage runs throughout the centre to keep customers informed during the visit. OPPO also highlights face-to-face repair and servicing, aimed at giving customers clearer explanations and more transparency during repairs.

The new centres also carry a refreshed visual identity. OPPO has redesigned the layout with clearer service zones, comfortable lounge areas, and multi-purpose work points to improve efficiency. A dedicated product experience zone lets visitors try devices hands-on, while a gaming zone gives people something to do while waiting.

These centres already operate across 18 states, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi NCR, and Kerala, with expansion continuing into other markets.

Alongside the new Pro rollout, OPPO continues to run a service network of 570+ centres across 500+ cities, offering support in 19 languages. Free pick-up and drop for repairs remains part of its service promise, along with a 24-hour turnaround time.

Self-help tools, bots, and service benchmarks

The company also positions the service upgrade alongside its Right to Repair alignment. A Self-Help Assistant is available through X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website videos, and the MyOPPO app.

Support also includes AI chatbots, IVR voice bots, and a multilingual hotline available in nine languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, and Kannada. The hotline operates from 9 AM to 10 PM daily, including public holidays.

Find and Reno users get priority support through Premium Queue registration. Service benchmarks listed include a six-hour email turnaround time, a two-hour social media response, 92% calls answered within 20 seconds, and 97% chats answered within 20 seconds.

Find and Reno series users also receive extra benefits, including free phone covers and screen guards twice a year.

Customers can also opt for OPPO Care Protection Plans, available with select new device offers or as a separate purchase. These plans include one-time screen replacement, extended warranty, and protection against accidental and liquid damage.
