Oppo Reno 7 Series Roundup: Here’s everything we know about it

Oppo Reno 7 Series is all set to debut in India on 4 February 2022. The series will have 3 smartphones viz. Oppo Reno 7 5G, Oppo Reno 7 SE 5G, and Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G. The smartphones have gradient back finish and familiar flat-edge frames, resembling iPhone models. Here is all that we know about the series so far.

Oppo Reno 7 Series Design

Oppo has revealed the details of the design. The Reno 7 Series will feature an aircraft-grade Shooting Star Design which features 1.2 million micro-lines with an 8-micrometer engraving depth.

The phone will feature the company’s Orbit breathing light around the rear camera module. Oppo claims that Reno 7 series will be the slimmest Reno line-up ever. The smartphones will have 1.5mm bezels which is the thinnest on Oppo.

Oppo Reno 7 Series Expected Price

Tipster Yogesh Brar claims that Oppo will launch Oppo Reno 7 5G, Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G, and Oppo Reno 7 SE 5G in India within a price range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000. The vanilla variant will be priced between Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 31,000. The Pro variant could be priced between Rs. 41,000 to Rs. 43,000.

The sale will reportedly go live on February 8.

Oppo Reno 7 Series Specs

The Oppo Reno 7 Pro will come with a 32MP Sony IMX709 shooter at the front for sharp selfies. At the back, it will have a 50MP IMX766 primary sensor for enhanced still images. Oppo claims that the Sony IMX709 front camera switched from 85-degree to a 90-degree angle when it detects more than 2 people in the frame.

The Pro variant features a 6.55-inch 90Hz display with Full HD+ resolution. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max chipset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. There will be a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging.

The Oppo Reno 7 5G sports a 6.43-inch 90Hz display with Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by Snapdragon 778G SoC. As for cameras, it has triple rear sensors. Meanwhile, at the front, there is a 32MP Sony IMX709 shooter. The phone also comes with a 4500mAh battery & 60W Super Flash Charge support.

Oppo Reno 7 SE 5G will come with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. There is a triple camera setup on the rear with 48MP+2MP+2MP lenses and a 16MP camera at the front. It has a 4500mAh battery with 33W flash charge support.
