POCO X3 GT with Dimensity 1100 SoC and 64MP triple cameras Launched

As expected, Poco X3 GT has gone official globally. The new phone joins the existing X3 Pro and X3 NFC lineup in global markets. It’s worth mentioning here is that the phone is basically a rebrand version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. The key highlights of the Poco X3 GT include a 120Hz display, a capable MediaTek Dimensity processor, and a 67W fast charging.

POCO X3 GT Features

POCO X3 GT gets to flaunts a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate. Poco claims a peak brightness of 1100 nits brightness. For protection, there’s a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top of the screen.

Poco has a roped-in 6nm-based MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset featuring has four A78 cores at 2.6GHz and four lower-power A55 cores at 2GHz. On paper, it outnumbers the Snapdragon 888 which includes one X1 core clocked at 2.84GHz, three A78s cores ticking at 2.42GHz, and four A55s cores clocked at 1.8GHz. However, in terms of real-world performance, it will deliver performance closer to Snapdragon 700 Series SoC.

The Poco X3 GT comes with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. Poco claims to have used VC Liquid cooling for better temperature management.

Optics-wise, the POCO X3 GT houses a triple camera system at the back, featuring a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera for close-up images.

There’s a 16MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Just like the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, this one also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Poco X3 GT comes running on Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box. It comes with an inbuilt 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast-charging support. For Connectivity, the X3 GT supports 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port for establishing a physical connection.

POCO X3 GT price, availability

POCO X3 GT price for international markets is USD 200 (approx. Rs 22,200) for the base 8GB/128GB model. Currently, it will be available in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa markets in Black, White, and Green color options.
