Realme has launched the first smartphone in their GT Neo series with Realme GT Neo2 in India. Realme calls their GT Neo 2 to be the premium mid-ranger that strikes a perfect balance between price and specs. The launch happened via an online streaming event wherein the company launched various other products too which include a speaker, TV stick, Realme Buds Air 2, and some gaming accessories including Type-C Super Dart Game Cable, Realme Cooling Back Clip, and Realme Mobile Game Trigger.
Realme GT Neo 2 Price and Availability
- Realme GT Neo 2 will be available in 3 color variants- Neo Blue, Neo Green, and Neo Black. The 2 storage variants available will be
- 8GB RAM+ 256GB storage originally priced at Rs. 31,999 which will be available for Rs. 24,999 during Realme’s festive day’s sale.
- 12GB RAM+256GB storage originally priced at Rs. 35,999 which will be available for Rs. 28,999 during Realme’s festive day’s sale.
- The first sale of Realme GT Neo 2 will take place on 17th October at 12 noon via realme.com and Flipkart.
- For Flipkart’s plus members, the sale will take place a day earlier, that is on 16th October at 12 noon.

Realme GT Neo 2 Specs
GT Neo 2 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 paired with Adreno 650 GPU. It sports a 6.62-inch FHD+E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 600Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300 nits brightness. It has a contrast ratio of 500000:1 contrast ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection with DC dimming. It has 12GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage capacity that is expandable via an SD card. 7GB of this internal storage can be used as virtual RAM through Realme’s Dynamic RAM expansion.
It packs a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 65W super dart charging support that claims to charge your device within 36 minutes. It runs on Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box.
Realme GT Neo 2 has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a tactile engine 2.0 along with a stainless steel vapor cooling plus system. It also has a 4129mm square Stainless-Steel VC Heatsink.

Realme GT Neo 2 is equipped with features like stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. Connectivity features of the smartphone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port. It has a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. There is a 16MP front camera for selfies and videos too. Realme GT Neo 2 measures 162.9 x 75.8 x 8.6mm and weighs 199.8 grams.
Realme UI 3.0
Realme has also announced that its GT series will get a UI 3.0 update in the upcoming months. Realme UI 3.0 has a new fluid space design with more white space, bolder text, and a cleaner visual experience. Some new features resemble those of ColorOS 12 like Portrait silhouette AOD, 3D Omoji, and customizable themes. New privacy features like privacy dashboard, private pic share, approximate location are also added. Realme Buds Air 2
New TWS Buds by Realme called the Buds Air 2 will come with active noise cancellation, 25 hours total playback, super-low latency, and 10mm diamond class Hi-Fi Driver. It is originally priced at Rs. 3299 and will be available at a discounted price of Rs. 2599 during Realme’s festive sale. Its first sale will take place on October 18 at 12 PM.

Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick
This TV stick is an all-new Google TV Platform with HDR 10+ encoding and HDMI 2.1 support. It supports 4K streaming at 60fps. It offers unlimited entertainment as it supports apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Music, MX Player, and Voot. It is priced at Rs. 3999 and will be available at a discounted rate of Rs. 2999 soon.
Realme Brick Bluetooth Speaker
The new Bluetooth speaker comes with a 20W Dynamic Bass Boost Drivers, 16-hour long playback, IPX5 water-resistance, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity 2 extra bass radiators. It will be available from October 18 at a price of Rs. 2499 during Realme’s festive days sale. Otherwise, it is priced at Rs. 2999.
Realme Type-C SuperDart Game Cable
It is designed to provide easier access to gaming while charging. It has multi-charging system compatibility and a colorful lamp effect. It will be available for Rs. 599 from October 18 at 12 PM.

Realme Cooling Back Clip
The clip will provide rapid cooling, semiconductor enhanced heat dissipation, silent operation, and colorful lamp effect. It is priced at Rs. 999 and will be available from October 18.
Realme Mobile Game Trigger
This has physical buttons for latency-free control, premium metal trigger, quick click attach, and a gaming mouse touch. It is priced at Rs. 699 and the first sale will be held on October 18.
