Realme GT 6 5G India Price Leaked Ahead of Official Launch

Recently Realme brought back the GT Series to the country after a while with the launch of the mid-budget Realme GT 6T 5G smartphone. Now, the GT 6 Series is expanding with the addition of one more member, Realme GT 6 5G. Realme has confirmed that the second member of the GT6 series will arrive globally as well as in India on 20th June 2024. While some key specs and AI features of Realme GT 6 have been continuously teased by the brand in the past week, now the India price of the smartphone seems to have been leaked online.

Realme GT 6 5G: Pricing leaked

A microsite has revealed that the Realme GT 6 5G will be priced at Rs. 39,999 in the country. This pricing is revealed to be for the 8GB RAM+256GB storage model sans any launch offer. The pricing for 12GB RAM+256GB storage might be Rs. 42,999 without bank or exchange offers. With Realme GT 6 5G, the brand aims to give tough competition to the recently launched Xiaomi 14 Civi. Bank discounts and launch offers will also be available during the sale which might bring the price down to Rs. 36,999-37,999.

Realme GT 6: Specs (confirmed & expected)

Realme has confirmed that the Realme GT 6 will feature a 50MP Sony LYT808 sensor as the primary camera which will be the biggest sensor in the segment. It will support OIS and has been called as “most powerful imaging system ever” by the brand.

There will be two more sensors including a 2x telephoto zoom camera and a Super Nightscape mode for low light photography and 4K video recording. The Flipkart page has also confirmed the display details for GT 6. The smartphone will have a ProXDR display with 6000 nits brightness and 2160PWM dimming.

The Realme GT 6 has also been confirmed to be powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. There will be a 5500mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging.

The software will be loaded with AI features like AI Smart Loop, AI Smart Removal, and more. The smartphone will have an elegant glass back design with an IP65 rating for protection. Additional features include Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 6E, NFC, IR blaster, dual-frequency GPS, and more. Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 will be loaded on the device with three years of OS and four years of promised security upgrades.
